Vertu Agent, LLC. is seeking a highly proactive Operations professional to become the right hand to leadership. You will coordinate workflows, track deadlines, and build processes across teams while leveraging AI and automation tools.

This role emphasizes ownership, problem-solving, and turning high-level requests into concrete steps for execution. You will work remotely with U.S.-based teams, supporting founders and executives, and you will help optimize operations, SOPs, and internal systems.

Formación

• Experience in operations, executive operations, project coordination, or process improvement.
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently.
• Experience working with founders, CEOs or senior leadership is valued.
• Excellent organization, prioritization and follow-through.
• Familiar with AI tools used in daily work (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n).
• Familiar with Notion/ClickUp/Monday.com/Asana/Airtable/HubSpot.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day operations, projects, priorities and deadlines.
• Work with founders/executives to move key initiatives.
• Track action items, follow-ups, deliverables and decisions.
• Build and improve workflows, SOPs, and internal docs.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
• Maintain CRMs, PM tools, databases, and internal docs.
• Coordinate with team members, clients, vendors and stakeholders.
• Support executive priorities, meetings, research, calendars and comms.
• Use AI and automation to boost productivity and reduce repetitive work.
• Research problems and propose solutions.
• Support other areas of the business as needed.
