Job summary

Kyndryl, a global technology services company, seeks a strategic account leader to build deep executive relationships and drive growth for our largest clients. You will own the P&L, shape account strategy, and expand scope, delivering bespoke solutions across Medellín and Colombia.

In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate with sales and partners to secure renewals, expand opportunities, and position Kyndryl as a leader in digital transformation for top customers.

Qualifications

• Experience running account P&L.
• Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
• Experience managing sales process end-to-end.
• Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks.
• Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to grow and retain Kyndryl's most valuable accounts.
• Proactively expand scope by generating new opportunities and expanding existing work.
• Maximize renewals by selling new offerings while minimizing erosion.
• Own the P&L and ensure customer satisfaction, integrity and account compliance.
• Cultivate executive alliances with top-level decision-makers.
• Collaborate with sales team to manage prospecting through closing.
• Partner for scale to build a strong go-to-market pipeline with partners.
• Lead with industry expertise to provide innovative solutions.
