Proofpoint Inc. in Colombia is seeking a proactive Professional Services Consultant to drive implementations of Proofpoint solutions and manage senior-level enterprise relationships. You will collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful deployments and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has deep Linux and Solaris knowledge, strong networking and email systems background, and excellent English plus Spanish or Portuguese communication skills.

Formación

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience designing and implementing large enterprise email environments.
• Strong knowledge of Internet protocols (HTTP, SMTP, IMAP) and PKI.
• Knowledge of networking topology, TCP/IP, and network components (firewalls, routers).
• Solid Sendmail and messaging infrastructure administration experience.
• Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese also desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with newly signed enterprise customers as a Proofpoint product expert to implement solutions, typically using remote web conferencing tools.
• Perform installation, configuration, troubleshooting, customization, testing, and documentation.
• Deliver training to customers and partners.
• Provide technical expertise in creating solutions, designs, proof of concept, and implementation.
• Drive high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments and customers to ensure timely resolution of issues and project completion.
• Define and document best practices for use across the field organization.
