Fortra in Colombia seeks a Senior Professional Services Consultant to deploy software solutions for customers. This highly collaborative, customer-facing role travels extensively and delivers on-site and remote services, including training for clients and partners.

You will master product areas, troubleshoot, develop scripts, gather requirements, and guide junior team members. Excellent communication and the ability to build lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders are essential.

Formación

• 4-6 years of relevant consulting experience
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Ability to supervise and mentor others
• Independence and proactive prioritization

Responsabilidades

• Master at least one product and related applications.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve problems.
• Develop custom scripts, utilities, or integrations.
• Gather infrastructure requirements and craft deployment procedures.
• Deliver services onsite and remotely for Fortra products.
• Mentor onboarding Technical Consulting team members and peers.
• Support complex client setups and usage scenarios.
• Operate with defined policy authority within area of expertise.
• Identify selling opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage expectations.
