ALLSTARSIT in Colombia is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to deliver high-quality technical services to enterprise customers during Professional Services engagements and own the full lifecycle of PS projects.

You will deploy, configure, and integrate the client’s products in customer environments, manage end-to-end PS projects, and support activities throughout the lifecycle while engaging with remote LATAM customers and growing in networking, security, and automation technologies.

Formación

• Strong understanding of complex networks and internet technologies.
• Hands-on experience with TCP/IP and dynamic routing protocols.
• Linux knowledge at system administrator level.
• Hands-on experience with network security products (e.g., firewalls).
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
• Customer facing mindset with excellent communication.
• Ability to work productively from a home office.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy, configure, and integrate the client’s products in customer environments.
• Own Professional Services projects end-to-end (deployment, integration, testing, troubleshooting).
• Support project activities throughout the full implementation lifecycle.
• Provide technical assistance during deployment and integration phases.
• Participate in remote customer engagements across LATAM.
• Continuously develop your skills in networking, security, and automation technologies.
