Job summary

Trantor is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to support enterprise customers implementing Prisma Cloud/Cortex Cloud. The role is highly customer-facing and requires cloud security expertise, DevSecOps knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and consulting experience.

Responsibilities include onboarding, workshops, enablement sessions, security policy configuration, and integrations with AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and DevOps. Automation using Python, Bash, REST APIs, and IaC tools is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with network security and cloud tech.
• Advanced experience with containers and orchestrators (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Ability to interact with C-suite and client teams at multiple levels.
• Proven track record in driving product adoption and complex deployments.
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable plans for customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers using Prisma Cloud/Cortex Cloud.
• Support onboarding, adoption, and optimization initiatives.
• Lead technical discussions, workshops, and enablement sessions.
• Configure security policies, alerts, and integrations; coordinate with teams.
• Deploy, configure, and optimize Prisma Cloud/Cortex Cloud environments.
• Support integrations with AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and DevOps environments.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, PowerShell, and REST APIs.
• Work with Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM Templates for IaC.
