You will leverage Netskope, Cato Networks, and Palo Alto Prisma SASE to guide deployment, optimization, and best practices, while coordinating with product, engineering, and sales teams to drive adoption and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6–7 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or networking.
• At least 3 years specifically in SASE.
• Fluency in English and local language (Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on SASE architecture, deployment, configuration, and best practices.
• Drive customer adoption, technical success, and long‑term satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot complex networking and security issues and manage critical escalations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to improve customer outcomes.
