Rush Street Interactive is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering in Bogotá to lead a high-performing engineering team and drive delivery, quality, and operational excellence across cross-functional initiatives. Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering or related technical roles, including leading engineers or cross-functional delivery efforts.
• Experience managing software development lifecycles and stakeholder relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a high-performing engineering team across cross-functional delivery teams.
• Drive accountability for quality, operational excellence, incidents, and continuous improvement.
• Establish visibility into team performance with planning, metrics, status, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, resources, and operational challenges.
• Foster collaboration across engineering, product, and other business functions to meet objectives.
• Promote engineering standards, scalable solutions, and systems-thinking approaches.
• Ensure an inclusive, respectful, and compliant work environment.
• Manage team capacity, workload, and staffing plans.
