You will own system design decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and design to deliver fan-facing content powered by live and postgame data.

Formación

• Experience designing and delivering production systems in a professional or comparable environment.
• Strong proficiency with the Java Virtual Machine (JVM), experience with Kotlin or Spring a bonus.
• Experience owning system design and contributing to architectural decisions, with a strong understanding of scalability, performance, and reliability principles.
• Proven ability to lead technical execution of projects from concept to delivery.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound technical decisions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver user-focused outcomes.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and trade-offs.
• Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to team development practices.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
