Rush Street Interactive, a leader in online casino and sports betting, is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering in Bogotá. Lead a high-performing engineering team to deliver reliable, scalable software while driving quality and operational excellence.

You will mentor engineers, partner with product, and manage risks and dependencies. The role emphasizes people leadership, agile delivery, and collaboration across functions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in software engineering or related roles with leadership experience.
• Experience managing software development lifecycles, stakeholder relationships, and delivery planning.
• Proven track record leading software engineering teams in agile environments.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Understanding of software architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and delivery lifecycles.
• Experience using metrics/data to improve delivery, quality, and operations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Commitment to inclusive, respectful work environment and travel willingness.
