• Leads engineers and technical initiatives in an Agile or iterative delivery environment.
• Manages software delivery lifecycles, stakeholder relationships, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Experience leading software engineering teams and coaching for performance and growth.
• Demonstrates ability to manage competing priorities, risks, and dependencies across programs.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain a high-performing engineering team through coaching, feedback, performance management, and development.
• Drive accountability for quality, operational excellence, incident follow-up, and continuous improvement.
• Establish visibility into team performance through planning, metrics, status tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Proactively identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and operational challenges.
• Foster collaboration across engineering, product, and other business functions to achieve shared business objectives.
• Promote engineering standards, scalable solutions, and systems-thinking approaches to problem solving and organizational effectiveness.
• Reinforce a culture of inclusion, respect, accountability, and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Performs effective resource management by maintaining a clear understanding of team capacity, current work, and planned future work.
• Demonstrates effective resource and capacity planning by proactively assessing current and future team workload.
