Ring Inc is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager in Bogotá, Colombia. This is a critical leadership position responsible for the end-to-end execution of complex digital products. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in software engineering, proven leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and hands-on expertise with Java, Python, or Node.js. The position offers 100% remote work, a chance to influence technology strategy, and a collaborative team environment.

Formación

• 7+ years in software engineering with a proven track record of building scalable systems.
• 3+ years as an Engineering Manager managing distributed teams under high-pressure delivery cycles.
• Deep, hands-on experience with at least one core stack: Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Solid experience in Cloud-native, Microservices, and API design.
• Experience managing senior-level stakeholders in a consulting environment.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for managing international client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end execution of complex digital products, leading cross-functional teams.
• Maintain enough hands-on depth to challenge technical proposals and audit architecture decisions.
• Ensure maximum efficiency in resource and budget optimization across parallel workstreams.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
• Identify technical opportunities within accounts by understanding the client’s roadmap.
