Rush Street Interactive Colombia is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to lead a high-performing engineering team and drive delivery, quality, and operational excellence across cross-functional initiatives. You will balance people leadership with technical oversight to deliver business outcomes.

You’ll coach engineers, manage risks, and collaborate with product and other functions to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable systems while fostering an inclusive culture and strong team health.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years leading software engineering teams or cross-functional delivery.
• Experience in agile or iterative delivery environments.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
