GamblingCareers.com is seeking a SENA Intern at Rush Street Interactive in Bogotá. The intern will lead the construction of the HR Intelligence Hub, a digital ecosystem that centralizes RSI Colombia's Job Descriptions and HR Vendors directory.

This role emphasizes building tools that will support the People team daily, incorporating governance logic and maintenance protocols. Responsibilities include diagnosing current job descriptions and standardizing formats using inclusive language.

The ideal candidate should possess strong Microsoft Office skills and be currently enrolled in a relevant professional program.

Formación

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Intermediate to advanced English level (B2) preferred.
• Currently enrolled professional student must be eligible for SENA productive practice.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose current state of Job Descriptions bank and HR Vendors directory.
• Standardize Job Description formats with inclusive language.
• Build an interactive digital repository in Confluence.

Conocimientos

Microsoft Office proficiency

Professional writing skills

Intermediate to advanced English (B2)

Basic understanding of HR processes

Familiarity with Confluence or SharePoint

Currently enrolled in Business Administration or related field
