HITACHI ENERGY MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V. in Bogota, Colombia seeks a Sales Specialist to blend general sales and marketing, engaging with customers face-to-face or remotely to identify needs and present solutions for power systems.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, at least five years in related functions, intermediate English, and strong knowledge of energy markets and protection solutions for substations; mining/oil-gas exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in related functions.
• Intermediate English level.
• Knowledge of the energy market (mandatory).
• Knowledge and experience in control and protection solutions for substations (SCADA and telecommunications).
• Knowledge and experience in high-voltage electrical applications.

Responsabilités

• Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.
• Plan, develop, and deliver the marketing strategy for products/services and brand(s).
• Evaluate, measure, and manage product/brand P&L (budgeting, expenditures, profitability, ROI).
• Provide customer service and support related to product,price, billing, shipping, delivery, and complaints.
