Hitachi Energy Colombia LTDA in Dosquebradas, Risaralda, Colombia seeks a Sales Support Expert to provide technical and commercial support through the entire sales cycle. You will help customers understand products and solutions, prepare proposals, and coordinate cross-functional tasks with internal teams and partners.

The role emphasizes high voltage equipment knowledge, service sales experience, and effective communication in English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• 3–4 years of experience in transformers and HV products.
• SAP and Salesforce experience is desirable.
• Advanced English required.
• Experience in service sales and technical quotations.
• Experience with HV equipment, power transformers, and substations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional and technical support through the sales process.
• Prepare engineering proposals, drawings, plans, and BOMs.
• Define project tasks, schedules, costs, and quality metrics.
• Coordinate work plans and cost estimates across engineering disciplines.
• Interact with customers, contractors, suppliers, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
