Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency LLC is seeking a results-driven Digital Advertising Strategist to own and optimize a set of DTC accounts, manage client relationships directly, and defend your decisions with data. You will audit accounts, manage brand vs.

non-brand strategies, and own the feed and tracking stack across GA4/GTM/Shopify. You should be fluent in Google Ads, Shopping, PMax, and have hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude for rapid landing-page builds and experiments.

Qualifications

Hands-on Google Ads management for DTC/eCommerce with real budget.
Own end-to-end client relationships and communication.
Ability to defend a strategy and explain decisions to clients.
Experience with Google Ads, Shopping, PMax, and brand vs non-brand planning.
Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and Shopify tracking and integrations.

Responsibilities

Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
Audit accounts before touching anything and present Loom walkthroughs to clients.
Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses with distinct metrics and targets.
Know what PMax is doing and how to separate branded vs non-branded effects.
Own the feed, including Merchant Center hygiene, product titles, and promotions.
Own tracking across GA4, GTM, and Shopify; ensure data reconciliation.
