Sweat Pants Agency LLC is seeking a performance media buyer to drive growth for DTC and ecommerce brands. You will own paid media strategy across Meta and TikTok, build testing roadmaps, and guide creative strategy.

You will work with clients, editors, and UGC creators to scale what works and avoid repetitive campaigns. You should be hands-on with scaling ecommerce brands, analyzing CPA/ROAS and revenue, and thinking like a marketer.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling ecommerce brands.
• Ability to analyze campaigns and derive actionable insights.
• Strong storytelling to guide creative testing and briefs.
• Excellent communication with clients and editors.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients across Meta and TikTok.
• Build testing roadmaps and write briefs for editors.
• Manage ad budgets across multiple clients.
• Diagnose issues across creative, offer, or conversion funnels.
• Communicate results, plans, and next steps to clients.
• Collaborate with UGC creators and direct content when needed.
