Sweat Pants Agency LLC is hiring a performance media buyer who can drive growth for DTC and ecommerce brands, leading paid media on Meta and TikTok, building testing roadmaps, and guiding creative strategy for scalable campaigns. You will communicate with clients, own budgets, and push for data-driven wins.

Formación

• Experience scaling ecommerce brands with paid social.
• Ability to show CPA, ROAS, and revenue results.
• Bonus: built or operated your own ecommerce brand.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients across Meta and TikTok.
• Build creative testing roadmaps and write briefs for editors.
• Manage ad budgets from $30k/mo to $1m/mo per client.
• Diagnose the full funnel and identify issues in creative, offer, or conversion.
• Communicate results, plans, and next steps with clients.
• Work with UGC creators and direct content when needed.
