Advantage HQ is seeking an hands-on paid media specialist to own end-to-end campaigns for DTC and e‑commerce accounts based in Colombia. You will onboard new clients, build accounts from scratch, and lead live campaigns toward revenue targets.

This is a hands-on role where you run the accounts yourself—no oversight. Expect daily optimization, testing, and direct client updates on performance and plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on paid media buying across Meta and Google.
• Proven DTC/e-commerce ROAS or CPA ownership.
• Capable of solo client calls and daily account management.
• Strong tracking & attribution with GA4, pixel, CAPI.

Responsabilités

• Onboard new clients: set budgets, targets, audiences, and cadence.
• Audit existing accounts, tracking setup, and creative libraries.
• Configure accounts: pixels, CAPI, and conversion tracking.
• Build campaigns structure: campaigns, ad sets, audiences, budgets.
• Launch, monitor, and optimise daily against KPIs.
• Own weekly/monthly client reporting and present to clients.
• Flag risks early and communicate plans if targets slip.
