AgileEngine is seeking a Campaign Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of email marketing campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients. You will coordinate across teams to ensure briefs are clear and campaigns are deployed on schedule.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in campaign/account/project management, strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge, and impeccable communication. Flexible remote and office options offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in a campaign management, account management, or project management role.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud, required.
• Experience with a new client implementation.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills with an impeccable eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document client campaign requirements, ensuring exact needs are understood before build begins.
• Validate campaign briefs for completeness, confirming audience, content, offer, and timelines.
• Initiate and lead kick-off meetings with internal teams and external partners.
• Own the marketing calendar, track milestones, flag risks, and keep plans current.
• Serve as the primary contact for client communications related to status, delivery, and escalations.
• Oversee day-to-day operational processes including campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and optimization.
• Manage deployment including subscriber data, audience segmentation, scheduling, and sending for loyalty clients.
• Submit and track campaigns in Workfront/Jira; maintain documentation standards.
• Support A/B and multivariate test planning with defined, executable structures.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to the workflow.
