Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Campaign Manager to own end-to-end delivery of email marketing campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients.

You will gather requirements, validate briefs, lead cross-team kick-offs, and manage the marketing calendar with a focus on on-time delivery and client satisfaction. The role requires 2+ years in campaign or project management, Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in campaign management, account management, or project management.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with new client implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects with minimal oversight.
• Strong written, verbal communication and detail-oriented, client-facing.
• Agency experience or corporate in-house agency experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document client campaign requirements, asking questions to ensure exact needs are understood before build.
• Validate campaign briefs for completeness: audience, content, offer, and timeline.
• Lead kick-off meetings with internal teams and external partners, documenting outputs and actions.
• Own the marketing calendar for assigned clients, track milestones, flag risks, keep plans current.
• Serve as the primary client contact for campaign status, delivery, and escalations.
• Manage day-to-day operational processes including campaign setup, trafficking, QA coordination, and optimization.
• Coordinate deployment including subscriber data, audience segmentation, scheduling, and sending.
• Submit and track campaigns in Workfront/Jira; maintain documentation standards.
• Support A/B and multivariate test planning; ensure test structures are defined and executable.
• Identify process inefficiencies and improve operational workflow.
• Develop robust campaign and process documentation with client-specific instructions.
• Escalate risks and blockers proactively to avoid missed SLAs.
• At year-end, ensure campaigns run on schedule with a maintained marketing calendar and proactive client communication.
