AgileEngine is seeking a Campaign Manager to own end-to-end delivery of email marketing campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients. The role requires 2+ years in campaign/management roles, SFMC knowledge, and strong client-facing skills.

You will coordinate campaigns, manage timelines, and ensure delivery quality while collaborating with internal teams. Remote/flexible options are available, with a focus on robust process and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in campaign/management role.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, SFMC.
• Experience with a new client implementation.
• Strong MS Office knowledge.
• Able to organize and prioritize multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with detail.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document client campaign requirements before build begins.
• Validate briefs for completeness before handoff to Development.
• Lead kick-off meetings with internal teams and partners.
• Own the marketing calendar for assigned clients.
• Serve as the primary contact for client communications on status/delivery.
• Handle day-to-day operational processes: campaign setup, trafficking, QA, optimization.
• Manage deployment including data, segmentation, scheduling, sending.
• Submit and track campaigns in Workfront/Jira; maintain docs.
