Qualifications

• 2+ years in campaign management, account management, or project management.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with a new client implementation.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work directly in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document client campaign requirements before build begins.
• Validate campaign briefs for completeness—audience, content, offer, and timeline.
• Initiate and lead kick-off meetings with internal teams and external partners.
• Own the marketing calendar for assigned clients—track milestones and risks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications regarding status, delivery, and escalations.
• Responsible for day-to-day operational processes including campaign setup, trafficking, QA coordination, and optimization.
• Manage, create, and coordinate campaign deployment including subscriber data, segmentation, scheduling, and sending.
• Submit and track campaigns in Workfront/Jira; maintain documentation standards.
• Support A/B and multivariate test planning; ensure test structures are defined and executable.
• Identify process inefficiencies and improve operational workflow.
• Develop robust campaign and process documentation.
