AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Campaign Manager to own end-to-end delivery of email marketing campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients. This role requires managing briefs, kick-offs, calendars, and deployment, while maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating across internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in campaign/project roles, SFMC experience, and proactivity in a client-facing setting. Remote/office flexibility is offered to support project needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in campaign, account, or project management.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with a new client implementation.
• Ability to work directly in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document client campaign requirements, ensure exact needs are defined before build.
• Validate briefs for completeness: audience, content, offer, timeline.
• Lead kick-off meetings with internal teams and external partners.
• Own the marketing calendar for assigned clients.
• Serve as the primary client contact for status, delivery, escalations.
• Manage day-to-day campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and optimization.
• Coordinate deployment including data, segmentation, scheduling, and sending.
• Submit and track campaigns in Workfront/Jira; maintain docs.
• Support A/B and MVT test planning and execution.
• Identify process inefficiencies and suggest workflow improvements.
• Develop robust campaign/process documentation and client instructions.
• Escalate risks and blockers to avoid missed SLAs.
• End-of-year success: campaigns on schedule and proactive client communication.
