Job summary

AgileEngine in Colombia is seeking a Campaign Manager to own end-to-end delivery of email marketing campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients. You will gather requirements, coordinate internal teams and external partners, and manage the marketing calendar to ensure on-time launches.

This role emphasizes client-facing communication, adherence to best practices in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and collaboration across operations to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in campaign management, account management, or project management.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with a new client implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects with minimal oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work directly in a client-facing role.
• Agency experience or corporate in-house agency experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document client campaign requirements and confirm exact needs before build.
• Validate briefs for completeness—audience, content, offer, and timeline.
• Lead kickoff meetings with internal teams and external partners.
• Own the marketing calendar for assigned clients and track milestones.
• Serve as the primary contact for client communications on status and escalations.
• Handle day-to-day campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and optimization.
• Manage deployment including data, segmentation, scheduling, and sending.
• Submit and track campaigns in Workfront/Jira; maintain documentation.
• Support test planning (A/B and multivariate) and ensure test execution.
• Identify inefficiencies and improve operational workflows.
• Develop campaign and process documentation and client-specific work instructions.
• Escalate risks and blockers to avoid missed SLAs.
• At year end, campaigns run on schedule and client communication is proactive.
