- Solid troubleshooting skills in broadband/video platforms (intermediate level).
- Familiarity with HFC/FTTH, CPE management, and home wireless solutions.
- Experience supporting multi‑country or regional environments.
- Strong operational mindset (L2 support).
- English required (technical level).
- Availability for weekly on‑call rotation.

A leading regional telecom operator is seeking a Video & Fixed Services Specialist (L2) to support the full Engineering → Implementation → Operations cycle for fixed internet, TV cable, and in-home wireless services across several LATAM markets.
This role is ideal for an engineer with strong troubleshooting skills, regional exposure, and a passion for service stability. 🔧🌐📺
- Provide L2 operational support for fixed broadband, TV cable, One TV-type platforms, and home connectivity services
- Troubleshoot incidents escalated from Level 1 teams across multiple countries
- Participate in the E2E lifecycle: engineering, implementation, and operations
- Join an on‑call rotation once per week (after‑hours coverage)
- Collaborate with regional engineering teams to ensure service continuity and diagnose complex issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance, availability, and customer experience
- Experience in fixed services: broadband, TV cable, WiFi gateways, STBs, ONTs
