A leading regional telecom operator is seeking a Video & Fixed Services Specialist (L2) to provide operational support for fixed broadband and TV cable services. The ideal candidate will have solid troubleshooting skills and experience in multi-country environments. This mid-senior level position offers a 12-month contract, competitive compensation, and opportunities for career progression within a multicultural team. The role is remote/hybrid for candidates based in LATAM, requiring availability for a weekly on-call rotation.

Formación

• Experience in fixed services: broadband, TV cable, WiFi gateways, STBs, ONTs.
• Solid troubleshooting skills in broadband/video platforms (intermediate level).
• Familiarity with HFC/FTTH, CPE management, and home wireless solutions.
• Experience supporting multi‑country or regional environments.
• Strong operational mindset (L2 support).
• English required (technical level).
• Availability for weekly on‑call rotation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2 operational support for fixed broadband, TV cable, and home connectivity services.
• Troubleshoot incidents escalated from Level 1 teams across multiple countries.
• Participate in the E2E lifecycle: engineering, implementation, and operations.
• Join an on‑call rotation once per week.
• Collaborate with regional engineering teams to ensure service continuity.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance.

Conocimientos

Troubleshooting of broadband/video platforms

Knowledge of fixed services (broadband, TV cable, etc.)

Familiarity with HFC/FTTH

Experience in multi-country environments

Strong operational mindset

English language skills
