Formación

Responsabilidades

• Administer, install, integrate, and upgrade telecom products.
• Troubleshoot configuration, performance, and fault management issues.
• Provide remote support for global clients.
• Perform system health checks and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure OSS compliance with audit requirements.
• Support integration of network elements across 2G, 3G, and 4G technologies.

Conocimientos

Experience with Red Hat Linux/Unix

Proficiency in cloud-native technologies

CI/CD pipelines experience

Familiarity with automation/orchestration tools

Exposure to monitoring platforms

Basic networking knowledge

Experience with RDBMS

Familiarity with ticketing tools

Educación

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the most recognized names in the telecommunications industry, supporting large‑scale telecom platform operations and driving innovation across Latin America.

About the Client

Our client is a leading global technology company partnering with top telecommunications providers worldwide. As they expand their engineering capabilities across LATAM, they’re looking for experienced professionals to enhance platform reliability, automation, and scalability within complex network environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, install, integrate, and upgrade telecom products such as FlowOne, NAC, NOrC, and UIV.
• Troubleshoot configuration, performance, and fault management issues.
• Provide remote support and manage software change activities for global clients.
• Perform system health checks and preventive maintenance on various EMS/NMS platforms.
• Ensure OSS compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
• Support the integration of network elements across 2G, 3G, and 4G technologies.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong hands‑on experience with Red Hat Linux/Unix.
• Proficiency in cloud‑native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, VNF/CNF onboarding).
• Experience building and deploying CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with automation/orchestration tools (Helm, Ansible, Puppet).
• Exposure to monitoring platforms such as Grafana.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP, routers, switches).
• Experience with RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Remedy, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Qualifications & Attributes

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (B.E./B.Tech/MCA).
• 6–10 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
