1 Global Conexión is seeking a proactive Drayage Customer Success & Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations, coordinate drayage pickups and deliveries, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

You will communicate with customers, drivers, terminals and warehouses, maintain accurate shipment records, monitor progress, and resolve issues quickly while staying organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Drayage Customer Success & Logistics Coordinator

1 Global Conexión is looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused professional to join our team!

This role combines logistics coordination, customer relationship management, and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and an excellent customer experience.

• Coordinate drayage operations, including container pickups, deliveries, and appointment scheduling.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, terminals, and warehouses to coordinate shipments and provide timely updates.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Monitor shipment progress, identify potential delays, and coordinate solutions to operational issues.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date shipment records, customer information, and operational documentation.
• Manage emails, update internal systems, and ensure information is accurately documented and communicated.
• Follow up on pending tasks, appointments, and operational requirements to ensure timely completion.
• Support daily logistics operations while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Previous experience in drayage, trucking, logistics, or transportation is strongly preferred.
• Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal, is mandatory. Applicants must be able to communicate professionally and confidently in English.
• Experience in customer service, customer relations, or logistics coordination is a plus.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work on-site when required.
• A proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and commitment to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Someone who can balance operational coordination with customer communication, stay ahead of potential issues, maintain accurate records, and take ownership of tasks from beginning to completion.
