Salvatech is seeking a CSR Transport Dispatcher to bridge U.S. customers and the operations team for port drayage.

You will manage container orders from intake to billing, track status, schedule port and delivery events, and ensure correct charges and POD documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced logistics environment, with strong English communication and basic Excel skills.

Competenze

• Experience in transportation or logistics with port operations understanding.
• Advanced English (B2+) for daily communication.
• Ability to work independently and own responsibilities.
• Basic Excel skills and familiarity with portals/internal systems.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; manage multiple orders.
• Full availability for the required schedule including Saturdays.

Mansioni

• Receive and process customer orders.
• Enter orders into the internal system and monitor container status.
• Provide customers with daily container updates by email or spreadsheet.
• Schedule port appointments and coordinate delivery appointments.
• Coordinate with the equipment team on live unloads and return of empty equipment.
• Notify customers of completed deliveries and send POD.
• Finalize orders with all charges and update the system for billing.
• Notify billing when an order is closed with charges and documentation.
• Support other operational tasks as assigned.
