Job summary

1 Global Conexión is seeking a proactive Drayage Customer Success & Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations, coordinate drayage pickups and deliveries, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

You will communicate with customers, drivers, terminals and warehouses, maintain accurate shipment records, monitor progress, and resolve issues quickly while staying organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating drayage operations and shipments.
• Strong customer service mindset with proactive communication.
• Keen data-entry accuracy and record-keeping.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drayage operations including container pickups, deliveries and appointments.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, terminals, and warehouses to provide updates.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
• Monitor shipment progress and coordinate solutions to delays or issues.
• Maintain up-to-date shipment records, customer information, and documentation.
• Manage emails and update internal systems with accurate information.
• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely operational completion.
• Support daily logistics operations with a high standard of service.
