Lean Solutions Group in Bogotá is seeking a Drayage Dispatcher to coordinate drivers and carriers for container movements between port locations and customer facilities. You will manage load planning, driver scheduling, dispatch operations, and keep stakeholders informed with timely updates.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in drayage or container operations, fluent English (B2–C1) and bilingual English/Spanish, and proficiency with Google Workspace, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in Drayage, Dispatch, Transportation, or Container Operations.
• Fluent English (B2–C1) proficiency, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Plan load assignments and driver schedules for in-house fleets and sub-haulers.
• Coordinate driver appointments and dispatch container movements to/from port locations and customer facilities.
• Maintain positive relationships with drivers and dispatchers.
• Communicate service issues and operational updates to facility departments.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance and KPI reports.
• Maintain accurate operational inputs to support driver settlement processes.
• Use Trinium to manage operational issues, document interactions, and update load information.
• Respond promptly to driver and carrier needs via phone and Google Chat.
• Maintain timely load status updates in the operating system.
• Follow escalation procedures for major service failures or operational issues.
• Support the implementation of Safety, Security, and Operational programs.
• Ensure daily and weekly operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.

We are looking for a Drayage Dispatcher to coordinate drivers and carriers for container movements between port locations and customer facilities. This role is responsible for load planning, driver scheduling, dispatch operations, shipment updates, and communication with drivers, carriers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan load assignments and driver schedules for in-house LMC fleets and sub-haulers.
• Coordinate driver appointments and dispatch container movements to and from port locations and customer facilities.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with drivers and dispatchers.
• Communicate service issues and operational updates to facility departments.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance and KPI reports.
• Maintain accurate operational inputs to support driver settlement processes.
• Use Trinium to manage operational issues, document interactions, and update load information.
• Respond promptly to driver and carrier needs through phone and Google Chat.
• Maintain accurate and timely load status updates in the operating system.
• Follow established escalation procedures for major service failures or operational issues.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Drayage, Dispatch, Transportation, or Container Operations.
• Experience coordinating container movements between ports and customer facilities.
• B2–C1 English proficiency, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Trinium Transportation Management System.
• Experience with terminal appointment systems such as eModal, TermPoint, Voyager, or similar platforms.
