• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services Operations, Resource Management, or PMO.
• Proven experience managing administrative or operational specialists.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition and margin analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee project setup and administration for accuracy in bill rates and milestones.
• Lead the Project Administration and RMO teams to optimize resource deployment.
• Implement audit cycles for time-entry and expense tracking.
• Design and maintain a Delivery Operations playbook.
• Define and manage operational metrics with the reporting team.
