Coupa Software Incorporated in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking an Operations Analyst to join a growing global team focused on partner management and monthly/quarterly payments. The role emphasizes consolidating partner billing, improving reporting scripts, and supporting a new reseller selling motion with cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has a finance background and strong SQL awareness, with experience in automated reporting and a passion for process accuracy.

Formación

• 4+ years experience in business operations or financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented mindset for finance projects.
• Experience with process mapping and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Build operational framework for a new reseller partner program, including Salesforce requirements and partner payment processing.
• Drive monthly/quarterly partner finance activities and reporting.
• Develop business partnerships with FP&A, Accounting, Revenue, and Partner Alliances.
• Ensure transition of partner finance, reporting, and tracking from current owners.
• Review open POs for funding alignment and expiration needs.
• Support review of net new partner agreements and reporting script changes.
• Review current partner billing and rebate agreements for aligned processes.
• Curate documentation for expense/income related partner programs.
