Coupa is seeking a Senior Order Management Associate to join the Revenue Operations team in Bogotá. You will drive end-to-end order processing, ensure pricing accuracy, and coordinate across Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to resolve escalations.

The role emphasizes data integrity, process optimization, mentorship, and strong communication to support global customers and complex subscriptions.

Formación

• 5–7 years of direct experience in order management, sales operations, or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related discipline
• Analytical skills to translate complex contracts into accurate system orders
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management
• Attention to detail under tight deadlines; data accuracy
• Hands-on experience with Zuora and NetSuite; Salesforce preferred

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end order processing, review contracts, validate pricing, and process complex orders in CRM/ERP
• Serve as liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal and Customer Success to resolve discrepancies and billing issues
• Identify bottlenecks in order-to-cash workflows and implement scalable improvements
• Act as escalation point for complex order inquiries and provide timely resolutions
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction data; generate reports on order volumes and processing times
• Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices and compliance
