CI&T is seeking a Master DataOps Engineer to own the operational backbone for a large-scale finance data platform modernization. You will manage environments, CI/CD, monitoring, cost governance, and documentation across Snowflake, Azure, and related tooling.

The role requires hands-on experience with data pipelines, Terraform IaC, and strict security practices, with English proficiency for client collaboration.

Competenze

• Hands-on DataOps or platform engineering experience across production cloud data platforms.
• Strong CI/CD experience for data pipelines (Azure DevOps, YAML, multi-environment promotion).
• Proficiency with Azure infrastructure (networks, secret management, IAM, cost management).
• Terraform experience for infra and Snowflake provisioning; IaC security scanning in CI.
• Snowflake RBAC, warehouses sizing, resource monitors, and data masking concepts.
• CDC replication monitoring, lag awareness, rollback/recovery procedures.
• Secrets management via Azure Key Vault; avoid plaintext in repos.
• Security‑conscious development with threat modeling and audit logging.
• Fluent English for client-facing operations.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end environment provisioning across Snowflake and Azure-based stack.
• Build and operate CI/CD pipelines for data artifacts and DDLs in YAML.
• Configure monitoring, alerts, and FinOps cost governance with budget alerts.
• Maintain IaC and IaC security checks; drive code scanning in CI pipelines.
• Document architecture decisions, runbooks, and handoff artifacts with client teams.
• Lead knowledge transfer sessions and act as client-facing ops contact.
