ATESS Power is seeking a Customer Service Engineer based in Bogota, Colombia. You will provide after-sales service, manage ticket archives, and support customers with technical issues in energy storage and EV charging systems.

Travel to client sites may be required, and you will collaborate closely with HQ to ensure timely information flow. The role requires fluency in English and a solid electrical/electronic background, with the ability to learn new product lines and translate documents as

Formación

• English as working language.
• Electrical or electronic background.
• Familiar with energy storage equipment and EV charging piles operating logic.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products.

Responsabilidades

• Follow the company's management system.
• Collect area client customer claims and provide technical support.
• Sync information to HQ in time.
• Organize the documents and translate them into the local language.
• Check the system online and contact clients in time.
• Travel to sites locally and abroad as needed.
