Formación

• Electronic, electronics related subjects graduate preferred.
• Electronic job related experience preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish; English or Chinese writing for internal communication.
• Skilled in MS Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the products' technical support in Colombia; respond quickly to customer requests and travel for field service when required.
• Instruct installers for installation, monitoring, maintenance, etc.
• Sort and translate technical documents; summarize competitor products and services for HQ feedback.
