ATESS Power is seeking a Customer Service Engineer based in Bogota, Colombia. You will provide after-sales service, manage ticket archives, and support customers with technical issues in energy storage and EV charging systems.

Qualifications

• 3, The company's products are energy storage equipment and electric vehicle charging piles, so it is necessary to be familiar with the operating logic and principles of the products and have certain electrical engineering knowledge.
• 4. The company's products are all independently developed, so you need to have certain learning abilities.

Notice:

The company will pay remuneration in US dollars issued by the South African company and sign a service agreement instead of an employment contract. You need to make sure your bank card can accept US dollars. The insurance premium will be included in your salary, and you will need to purchase it yourself.
