EcoFlow is seeking a growth‑focused professional to develop and manage local customers in Colombia, building stable partnerships and driving market expansion. You will oversee local market operations, price management, and the attainment of annual and monthly sales targets, while conducting brand and market promotion activities to raise EcoFlow's profile in the Colombian market.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years of market development and sales experience in Colombia;

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years of market development and sales experience in Colombia; energy storage, portable power stations or solar products preferred.
• Independent market expansion and business negotiation capabilities; familiar with local B-end project sales and channel development; strong market analysis and risk awareness.
• Proficient in Spanish, English usable as a working language for daily business communication.
• Proactive, results‑oriented, with excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for developing and managing local customers in Colombia and maintaining stable customer partnerships.
• In charge of local market operation and price management, and achieving annual and monthly sales targets.
• Conduct local brand and market promotion activities to enhance brand awareness in the Colombian market.
• Collect local market and competitor information, analyze market characteristics, and formulate feasible market development strategies.
• Cooperate with the regional team to collect front-end market demands and market changes, and support backend business decision-making and operational arrangements.
