Medtronic Colombia S.A. is seeking a Product Specialist, Coronary & Structural Heart (TAVI) to drive portfolio growth across the CELA region. You will lead market development, support launches, and collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Market Access to accelerate adoption of TAVI therapies.

US visa and travel are required; flexibility for Bogotá, Cali, or Medellín. The role demands strong cross-functional leadership, regional project experience, and deep knowledge of cardiovascular

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medicine, Nursing, Surgical Instrumentation, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2).
• 5+ years in product marketing/management or related medical device roles.
• Experience leading regional or cross-country projects.
• Experience with interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and KOLs.
• Strong knowledge of product marketing, launches, KOL engagement, and portfolio management.
• Understanding of cardiovascular therapies, especially coronary/structural heart.
• MBA or marketing specialization is a plus.
• Experience using AI tools and data-driven insights for planning.
• Experience in TAVI/TAVR or cardiovascular devices.
• Exposure to regional or multinational environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute marketing plans for Coronary & Structural Heart (TAVI) portfolio.
• Drive market growth and therapy adoption through commercial and educational initiatives.
• Support product launches, portfolio management, pricing, forecasting, and lifecycle activities.
• Build relationships with interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, physicians, KOLs, and stakeholders.
• Lead physician education programs, workshops, and scientific initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Clinical Specialists, Medical Affairs, and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and clinical evidence to identify growth opportunities.
