MICHAEL PAGE INTERNATIONAL seeks a senior commercial leader for a leading medical technology company in Colombia. The role focuses on driving growth and adoption of innovative healthcare solutions across the country.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field, with an MBA preferred, and 10+ years in senior commercial roles within medical devices. Strong relationships with providers, KOLs, and government stakeholders are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Health Sciences, or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in commercial leadership roles, with medical devices industry experience.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing commercial teams and revenue growth.
• Experience building relationships with healthcare providers, KOLs, government stakeholders, and executives.
• Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Valid U.S. visa required.
• Availability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
