Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Technical Sales professional to driveMedTech solutions in the Bogotá region. You will provide specialized clinical product support and training to physicians and EP lab staff, leveraging a full portfolio including CARTO and related software.

Engage with customers to identify opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and advance adoption of BW solutions while meeting business objectives and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Clinical Support Specialist in Electrophysiology and Electroanatomical Mapping.
• Advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation, cardiac imaging, electrophysiology technology, industry developments, and market landscape.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time domestically and internationally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; valid ClassB driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Provide specialized clinical product support, technical assistance, and training to physicians and EP lab staff in the assigned territory.
• Train customers on all Biosense Webster products to optimize utilization through technical and clinical education.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and increase customer value.
• Use consultative selling techniques to identify sales opportunities within accounts.
• Increase awareness of BW solutions and facilitate engagement between commercial teams and key decision-makers.
• Maximize customer case support capacity through effective planning and scheduling.
• Maintain communication with local teams, Field Service Engineers, and partners.
• Stay current on Instructions for Use, troubleshooting, literature, and new product developments.
