Medtronic in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a results-driven Sales professional to drive adoption of the Surgical Sutures portfolio across major healthcare institutions. You will build relationships with surgeons, purchasing departments, and hospital leadership to unlock new opportunities and execute strategic account plans.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, English at least B2, and 3+ years in healthcare sales or related commercial roles.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or related commercial activities within the healthcare industry.

Responsabilidades

• Drive adoption and utilization of the Surgical Sutures portfolio across strategically prioritized healthcare institutions.
• Build and strengthen relationships with surgeons, purchasing departments, operating room personnel, hospital administrators, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify barriers to product adoption and develop tailored strategies to increase clinical utilization and account penetration.
• Coordinate and execute commercial initiatives within priority accounts, including value discussions and purchasing meetings.
• Provide market intelligence regarding competitive activities, customer needs, clinical trends, and new business opportunities.
