Medtronic in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a senior product marketing professional to lead regional strategies for the Coronary and Structural Heart portfolio. You will drive adoption, lead education programs, and collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, and cross-functional teams.

The role requires an advanced English level and 5+ years in medical device marketing within a regional context, with the ability to manage launches and lifecycle activities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2).
• 5+ years in product marketing, product management, or related commercial roles in medical devices.
• Experience leading regional or cross-country projects.
• Experience working with interventional cardiologists, surgeons, and KOLs.
• Strong knowledge of product marketing, market development, launches, KOL engagement, and commercial planning.
• Understanding of cardiovascular therapies, especially coronary interventions and structural heart procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute regional marketing plans for the Coronary and Structural Heart (TAVI) portfolio across the region.
• Drive market growth and increase therapy adoption via targeted commercial and educational initiatives.
• Support launches, portfolio management, pricing, forecasting, and lifecycle activities.
• Build and strengthen relationships with interventional cardiologists, surgeons, physicians, KOLs, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Lead physician education programs, workshops, and advisory boards to expand clinical knowledge and therapy awareness.
• Partner with Sales, Clinical Specialists, Medical Affairs, and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, clinical evidence, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
