Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Oracle CRM, Zoho, or similar solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key operational partner to commercial teams, supporting initiatives that drive business growth and performance.
• Maintain the accuracy, quality, and completeness of data within CRM and business systems.
• Support sales teams by ensuring opportunities, customer records, pipeline information, and commercial activities are properly tracked and managed.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that provide visibility into performance, pipeline health, and key business metrics.
• Analyze commercial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with forecasting, reporting, and business review activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving sales, operations, finance, and other business areas.
• Track action items, support follow-up activities, and help ensure successful execution of business priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting capabilities, and CRM adoption across the organization.
• Support internal documentation, operational reviews, and ad hoc analysis requests.

This role is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys working with data, systems, and business stakeholders to drive commercial success. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting commercial teams by maintaining high-quality CRM data, generating actionable insights, improving operational processes, and helping business leaders make informed decisions.

Working closely with sales and business leaders across the region, you will help ensure that commercial teams have the visibility, information, and operational support needed to achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience in business operations, commercial operations, sales support, reporting, business analytics, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Oracle CRM, Zoho, or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of how CRM data supports pipeline management, sales processes, forecasting, and commercial decision-making.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics.
• Experience working with ERP systems, reporting tools, or other business applications.
• Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
