Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Regional Commercial Operations & Portfolio Analyst for Colombia, Chile, and Brazil. You will support portfolio lifecycle management, drive data-driven insights, and enable strategic decision-making across regional and local teams.

You will analyze portfolio performance, partner with Marketing and Sales, lead optimization initiatives, and develop tools and governance to standardize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in business analytics, commercial operations or portfolio management.
• Experience driving process improvements and governance implementations.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel and data-visualization/reporting familiarity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across regions.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

Responsabilités

• Analyze portfolio performance and commercial data to inform decisions.
• Partner with Marketing, Commercial, and Cross-Functional teams on lifecycle management.
• Lead portfolio optimization initiatives to reduce complexity and excess inventory.
• Develop tools, governance frameworks, and best practices for standardization.
• Monitor progress and present updates in governance forums.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and regional/local planning recommendations.
