Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Supply Chain Data Operations Analyst to support a global supply chain program. The role involves data extraction from dashboards using SQL, delivering reports on delivery performance, vendor commits, and OTD, and collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues.

You will also review supplier feedback, drive open items to resolution, and support material management, PO issuance, and ad-hoc data requests. 3+ years in relevant areas preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Planning, or Supplier Management.
• Strong SQL to pull, analyze, and validate data.
• Experience with supplier engagement and operational reporting.
• Experience with Python, Tableau, and/or VBA.

Responsibilities

• Pull and analyze data from internal dashboards and tables.
• Support day-to-day supply chain reporting across metrics like OTD, VCD, and POs.
• Review supplier feedback and drive issues to resolution with internal teams.
• Assist with material management, PO issuance, and ad-hoc data requests.
