Job summary

TalentFuze is seeking a Client Success Manager to own a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the face of the company. You will translate performance data into plain-language outcomes and drive long-term retention.

Fulfillment teams handle SEO/Ads work, while you manage client relationships and upsell relevant services. The role requires strong English, experience in a marketing agency, and the ability to work US Eastern Time hours from Latin America.

Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing/digital agency environment.
• Experience with home service clients (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, construction) preferred.
• Ability to interpret SEO/ads reports and translate to clients.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and lead monthly one-on-one client calls with ~1 hour prep and 1 hour call per client.
• Conduct client onboarding calls and review sales notes/recordings.
• Deliver clear follow-up tasks to internal teams after calls.
• Monitor account health and respond to client messages promptly.
• Translate performance data into client-friendly outcomes and value.
• Identify and pitch additional services as value-adds.
• Participate in weekly call reviews and daily team check-ins.
• Interpret reports from Go High Level and local rank tools and Google Ads.
• Build relationships to generate client referrals.
